Trip To Hong Kong & Macau

Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China; it is famous for its port, dense sky scrapers and of course shopping too. I planned for a 3 days Trip to Hong Kong & Macau. Since I am not very much attracted to casino I didn’t spend more time in Macau.  I stayed in place called Kowloon peninsula,HK.First time I traveled to another country in cheapest fight just around 100 USD

I felt little India effect in Kowloon. Even though I didn’t cover the places as I planned and it’s a kind of ladies out , I didn’t rush to complete my plan instead I spent quality time with friends by taking more and more photos :P

Day 1: Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars & Shopping

Victoria Peak:

One the most famous and must visit place in Hong Kong, one can go to Victoria peak by Tram, shortest tram still takes hours of waiting time , we planned to go by bus, you can plan for 1 way by bus and other way by Tram you can save some time.  The best view of Hong Kong from Victoria peak. Evening to night time is the best time to visit, if you want to enjoy both day and night view.

Kowloon to Hong Kong by star ferry 2.5HKD, Hong Kong to Victoria Peak by bus 10HKD (1 way)

Avenue of Stars:

Shopping:

Hong Kong is the very popular for shopping also. Since I visited here from Japan I felt everything is so cheap and affordable price. So many shopping places are available but I visited ladies night market. You can use more taxi rides than waiting for train or bus, cheap and fast.

Day 2: Macau

Like Hong Kong, Macau is also Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, It is popular for casino and tallest buggy jump from Macau tower. Macau was under the administration of Portuguese till end of 1999.

If you know the exact date ,when you are traveling to Macau, it is better to book the ferry tickets online. If you plan to buy on that day in ferry terminal you may not get tickets as you planned. I spent 320HKD two ways. It is always good to get the return ticket prior

 Macau Tower:

Tallest tower with the height of 338m, you can enjoy the best of adventures like Bungy Jump, Sky Jump, Tower climbing and Skywalk. This time I tried Sky walk here, which took most of our time in Macau. Still it is worth spending time there, awesome 360 degree view.we tried all kind of funny stunts in skywalk and made our best moments in Macau, we were like celebrities for the spectators
