Trip to Bali, Indonesia

Bali an iconic place with beautiful Rice Fields, Temples, Mountains, Ocean and Coral reefs with fun filled activities. Indonesia is an island country with more than 17000 islands including Bali. We planned are 5 days Trip to Bali, including our Travel.
Art, culture and recreation are famous. One can enjoy nightlife as well as peaceful countryside also. Within Bali Travel was taken care by Putra: +6282147483013, who speaks English very well, guided us to best places and took us to scenic places for lunch and dinner.
Important thing to notice is all the public temples requires Sarong when you visit there. Long cloth for wraparound, you can buy one or rent. All the place requires entrance fees so have cash in hand always.
Day 1: Kuta Beach and Shopping
Spent few hours in hotel and then went to see Sunset in Kuta beach. Which was fully crowded with people. I felt like I am in another busy city.
Temples in Bali:
In any temple foreigners are not allowed and in some places no one can enter. Only on festival occasions this will be accessed by specific people. One important thing is each and every house have their own temple near their home.
Which was really interesting about the temples in Bali. In all the temples Balinese dance was happening on timely basis.
Day 2: Nusa Dua Beach, Milea Beach, GWK, Uluwatu, Jimbaran bay
By seeing the caption on can feel such a long and busy day. Since I didn’t do water sport activities this time I really had relaxing time at the beach
Nusa Dua Beach:
All the water sport activities are popular here like Fly fish, Banana boat ride, snorkeling, scuba, jet ski, jet board etc.
GWK: Garuda Wisnu Kencana
It is a cultural park featuring island largest statues depicting Hindu god Vishnu and its vehicle Garuda.
It is located in Jimbaran which is near to Uluwatu temple also.
Uluwatu & Kecak Dance:
Bali`s one of the spiritual pillar, 70 m above sea level. Sunset is very popular here along with Kecak dance. Do take care of your caps and coolers, monkeys are little dangerous. It is a belief that Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva become one here in this temple.
Kecak dance is a Musical Drama, small part of Ramayana was played here.
Jimbaran bay Seafood dinner:
The bay full of Seafood restaurants open from noon to late night. In most of the restaurants you can see Traditional Balinese’s dance, waves at your foot and enjoy the sunset dinner.
We reached very late still enjoyed our dinner.
Day 3: Taman Ayun, Ulun Danu Beratan, Tanah lot
Taman Ayun:
It is an icon for city Mengwi, the Traditional Architecture of Balinese temple. This temple is treated as big temple for Mengwi people so they don’t need to travel to big temple instead they can visit here. The temple was surrounded by moat.
The below is considered as most scared and called as Utama mandala.
Taman Ayun means beautiful Garden and this temple proves the same
Ulun Danu Beratan:
Few temples in Bali have 2 different look on high and low tides. Ulun Danu Beratan temple is located on the bank of Beratan Lake. This temple itself so special because it is located in the top of mountain and lake side.
There is a huge difference in climate . After taking several pictures here I felt there is no need of editing those pictures one such is here.
Tanah Lot:
One of the Best place to see Sunset and must to do things in Bali. The temple is located on the big rock with Indian Ocean as backdrop. The crashing waves is a threat to erosion. When it is low tide people can go near the temple
Day 4: Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Pura Besakih Temple
Tegalalang Rice Terrace:
I love watching rice fields for hours, are you the same type? If Yes, then it is right place(depends on season). It is located in Ubud Kintamani, 600m above sea level. The time I was there harvesting was over already.
Pura Besakih Temple:
It is the largest temple in Indonesia, Mother of all temple. It is dedicated to Hindu. It has a temple for Lord Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu. It has 1000 years old history and Temple is located in Mt.Agung. This Mountain has an active volcano. If you don’t have Sarong, better rent one for 1USD.
This temple encountered big earthquakes and volcanic eruption, it still stands very elegantly. People believe in the power of God. Have enough money in your hand, since it is in the jungle Transaction rates will be very low. It is far from any location of Ubud or Kuta. If you saw Taman Ayun or Ulun Beratan temples, I will say you can skip this in option, because you have to spend one whole day.
Luwak Coffee:
It is really new and weird kind of coffee I had. Luwak coffee is made from poop of the animal Civet, it usually eats the rich coffee bean and they collect poop of that animal (coffee bean) and process it and make coffee.
This is everywhere in Bali, I prefer to go in Ubud since it has nice scenic location, the coffee cost 5USD and along with that you can go for coffee tasting too. They do sell these coffee in all the places.
Hotel Breakfast:
Who say no to such a wonderful breakfast with a great view
Shopping:
Almost you can buy in all the places, it is recommended to Bargain. Decorative items made of wood is very famous and cheap also.
Food:
We had an awesome dinner at Bebek Tabesari Restaurant. the place I love the most
satay dinner served along with rice
Satay:
Nasi Ayam:
Lawar: Mixed Meat, Vegetable and Coconuts
Bubur Sumsum for Breakfast:

Only Small portion of Bali I explored still there are so many interesting places and temples to be explored. I would say I love Ubud.
Hope You Enjoyed My blog!
Cheers!!
